I never wanted to leave school, but they told me I had to go. My problem was I loved to learn everything but didn't actually want to work at anything. I can't tell you how many times I changed my mind about what I wanted to do. I never did find anything compelling (except for being a parent), so I'm still looking.

I still occasionally have those dreams where I walk into a classroom totally unprepared for a major exam. Wakes me up in a sweat every time.

Does everyone have this dream? For me it's always a high school math class: I never attended, never did any of the homework, don't really even know what the course was about, and if I don't pass, my undergraduate and graduate degrees will be nullified...
