Phillip,

It's bad enought that MSFT held CPQ to the fire if they didn't put the IE icon on the presario's desktop, but if comes out that MSFT used the same tactic with other manufactures, not only will msft find themselves in a massive federal investigation, it might also cause MSFT to split up into separate, competing units, not unlike what happened to ATT. MSFT does have a monopoly and they have shown they'll do anything, no matter how small, to maintain complete dominance. I don't wish bad things upon companies, but if what CPQ claims is true, MSFT should be hit hard, I mean really hard where it significantly impacts the company negatively.
