What kinda excuse is that? You don't use power except in summer at night?

Summer, and the rest of the year at night. June through September the air is pretty still except in the afternoon tropical thunderstorms. You are probably looking at 60% idle time for turbines. It doesn't make economic sense or you would see wind energy in Florida... and you don't. Instead we're spending, I'm spending, $17Billion on a nuke plant.

Is that so hard to understand?
