My my my you mean they cancelled by calling the agent ? Morgan must have forgotten how it's done when he talked to Riley.

Instructed the Company's transfer agent to stop the transfer of the 400,000 common shares issued in the second CEA transaction
(partial snip)

Notice there is nothing other than the company contacting the transfer agent to stop those shares. No court order is mentioned either.

Excuse me Michael, but as a broker, wouldn't you have known there is a difference between stopping the transfer of shares and cancelling shares??

The more often you post on any one item or topic, the greater its evolution into something else!

You had originally posted that the shares (the MVP shares in cert form) were "cancelled". As "back up" you now refer to "stopping the transfer of shares" as some sort of proof to your scenario.

Just thought I'd point this out to you. But, hey, it's sort of a moot point now isn't it? Since Riley has stopped you dead in your tracks on this MVP share issue.

GO RILEY!!
