"Why Does A Person Become a Republican?"

Guess the answer to such a question would vary greatly.

Depends on such stuff as "what a 'Republican' is supposed to be?"

A Teddy Roosevelt rebublican"

A Goldwater Republican?

Nixon Republican?

Bush Republican?

Possibilities seem fairly varied.

(I read about some talk at CPAC that the Republican Party should change it's name again. Perhaps relabeling itself as the "Conservative Party"....)
