Quite possibly it will be ruled unconstitutional (certainly would not be the first law passed by a congress to be held to be unconstitutional....)

But the Supreme Court will be the arbiter of that... not late night bloviators. :-)

(Not to say that we all can't have our own opinions. <g>)
