I think I mentioned this. I've got a friend who was in the bridal party of a Mormon bride. She couldn't accompany her friend in to the temple- had to wait outside because she wasn't a Mormon (BTW-apparently you get secret undergarments when you get married. Said friend said they are reputed to protect you from things like fire :-) Which I thought was kind of cute.)

Anyway, apparently they do a business in "temple" dresses- since you can't get married in certain types of wedding gowns in the temple. So allegedly a bride buys a temple dress just for her temple wedding, then she can change back in to the one she likes for the rest of the day.
