I am very skeptical of Intel's reasons. Everyone knows, the zero segment PCs, hit Intel's earnings, not Flash memory slump.

If processor demand has increased, they would be opening the FAB earlier instead of delaying it. Intel's planning is very precise. It is pretty obvious market conditions upset their projections.

A smart move to delay the opening, rather than run it at sub optimal capacity. Not so smart to blame it on excess demand. On the other think what it would do to the stock if they did come out with the truth.

Obviously, I have been operating with the wrong information - courtesy of Intel.

So, consider me confused - and a lot poorer, like the rest of you.
