I can't dissagree with Sterns comments but I believe the real threat if there is one would be the fact that Asian companies would curtail spending and therefore U.S. semi equip suppliers would see reduced order flow.

OTOH, semi demand is growing not shrinking and if the fabs in Asia aren't pumping out product someone else will who needs more equipment.
