The hereditary marker for heart disease is Lp(a). You ask for that separately when you order an NMR. It's a bitch to get down. Read the Lp(a) articles I have referenced in the header.

No wheat for you, buddy! It pushes Lp(a) up. All the Lp(a) patients I know at TYP are making sure they get 6000mgs of Omega 3 from fish oil. Double the normal.
