Under obama's healthcare disaster, we can also expect American pharmaceutical companies, who have been the world leaders in the research and the development of new drugs, to become discouraged from any further innovation... they will also lay off people and reduce the size of their research departments... our medical excellence will be diminished significantly, this is a disgrace... leaders from all over the world have always come to the United States for their serious health care issues, but with obama in power they may as well go to cuba for their treatment...
