This is great news to me. There is a word missing from the vocabulary of the rich in America, no matter what they do for charity, and that word is this:Egalitarianism

en.wikipedia.org

The rich are finished in America from what I can see. If the CEO's of large corporations can't survive on a normal wage akin to what the President of the USA makes then they should be given 12 hours to get out of town and go live in some other country...oooops can't do that because no other country would allow the type of compensation they are used to

============
""This crisis serves as a stark reminder of the failures of crony capitalism and an economic philosophy that sees any regulation at all as unwise and unnecessary. It's a philosophy that lets Washington lobbyists shred consumer protections and distort our economy so it works for the special interests instead of working people; a philosophy that says we should give more and more to those with the most and hope that prosperity trickles down to the rest.""

Poor Warren Buffett must have believed the peak-oil propaganda.
