The relatively mild winter attracts many homeless and out of luck people from across Canada. That how it has always been. Going to get worse.

I remember vividly the recession of 81-82, we had a family business and got through it very well. I do remember the horror stories of people losing their homes due to the high interest rates. I guess we were fortunate.

Then in 1984 started another business grew like crazy and really started making some big bucks.

Not sure how this recession will affect our company, time will tell.
