Removing a couple of tattoos won't make them good employees, they have other issues, like joining a fukking gang. Their new crime will be stealing from their new employer. You think an employee won't see that they have issues, even if you remove a couple of tattoos, which they will just get new ones. Yeah, make sure they have no alternative but to stay in the gang committing crimes. That is really thinking outside of the box, Shorty. A tattoo rebate is fine with me if they'll start charging a tattoo tax. Every tattoo a person gets is charged with a $500 tattoo removal tax. Just like the tax on old tire and battery disposals. We charge 'em $500 because nobody in his right mind is going to hire a tatted up kid to do significant work.
