That's true. The economy at the moment seems to be pretty good here- though I did notice Dress Barn has gone out of business at one of our local shopping centers.

There is plenty of new retail construction and few year old retail outlets here 40 miles south of Chicago looking for someone to lease.

National gasoline demand is actually quite strong all things considered. So people must be out and about in other areas. Around here maybe they are just waiting for Spring since it is quite cold.

In retrospect a 3/4 year ago or so if I dumped my portfolio based on signs of decreasing traffic here I would have nailed the turn.

Ohare airport is like a ghost town nowadays.

I hope the economy holds down traffic to Europe this Spring as I feel like I have to provide some stimulus. Ohare to Zurich <$600 R/T.
