Marci,

I was not too concerned today. In fact, I saw it as a good buying opportunity. There were a few good sized blocks (>50k) that appeared to trade today. I just look at minute charts, so I don't really know what the block sizes are.

Weren't there some other rumored parties that might be taking a position? I thought Amerindo was a posibility that someone mentioned.

BTW, do you follow RETX options?

Patience is everything in RETX. Best thing to do is spend time on both
Sonoma/Vertel web pages and dive into their respective markets.
Both of their stories are very strong and they are both positioned
correctly into exploding markets. All we need is one of these subs to
take off and the stock is easily worth $15 per share to a Newbridge or HP.

My point on HP is that they will buy RETX technology only if they get in
trouble/run of of cash/etc. Buying RETX stock in open market makes
no sense. Vertel needs money for growth directly.

Check out the Telco Web page on the vertel web page. You'll see all
the competition at the show. ISR Global, Dset, Sun, TCSI, OSII, ONE
and all the players. This is the show so Vertel/HP should have some
serious mindshare. VERTEL/HP will be right next to each other. Should
be a very strong statement. I think any Investment Bank Telcom analyst
that goes to this show should be very impressed.

If anyone on this thread goes to the show post a writeup.

Good Luck Adam
