>>Watch out for that timed movement and possible joint paid.<<

Knighty, is that joint pain (as opposed to paid)? i feel great all around except for my congenital nerve condition. i don't have to pay too much attention to it as it has a lead foot come *ss kickin' time. ;-)

keep in mind i'm doing 10 sets - which means the weights i'm lifting are considered pretty light. i only used 25 lbs dumb bells for my decline hammer presses today. look out, though, i get to move up to 26 lbs in 5 days. ;-)

i tried to do lat pull downs instead of pull ups and it started kicking. i went over the pulleys and did straight arm pull downs. the nerve pain is greatly reduced, but it doesn't quite work all the same muscles.

like all things in life, one can only do the best they can do.

i'm actually amazed i've been able to work it this hard for this long without it turning into the big bad. i think it will eventually give, but that might be a good thing in the long run. my surgically repaired right arm is performing very well and i'd be lying if i said i didn't wish my left arm did the same. one day, it might.

the pain leading up the surgery, the surgery and the recovery are are a b*, though. at least i know what to expect this time around.
