I agree about the political instability of the moment. It's much too early to predict some sort of Dem dominance for the next several electoral cycles. Everything will depend on just how well Obama's various proposals survive the congressional process and how well they work. If they don't, then watch out below. The only answers in town are those Obama has staked his presidency on. Without those not only the US is deep in the mess but the last couple of decades of financial globalization ensures the entire global is headed there as well.
