That is technical analysis. There is no reason housing prices have to go down or go up or stablilize just because somebody has drawn a map of the past and chalked in dots. Where housing prices go depend upon tax policy and economic growth. Fundamental concept. When we hit new higher prices or new lower prices for long enough, Becks silly line will have to be redrawn.

The concept that trends are predictive instead of historical is hysterical. <G>

I tune in just to see if Beck is still sliming the Democrats for supporting policies that Beck pushed on his show and called them cowards for not implementing. This guy has more personalities than Sybil, and none of them have a room temperature IQ.
