Steve, I wasn't more specific because I don't know many details. A long time friend of mine whom I trust told me to buy into CMPT about a week ago. At that time I merely put it on a watch list. I saw the rapid price increase and wondered if I missed the boat. I spoke to him again yesterday and he told me there is still a lot of upside. His source says CMPT will get taken over for about $12/share. Yesterday just before the close I bought a small position at 6-1/16. I only bought a little because normally I don't like to buy something that just appreciated so much so fast. This is all hearsay. If there is anyone out there that can add any solid information please jump in. Jim
