I mix half a cup of Quaker oats with two tablespoons each of oat bran and ground flax seed. Add an ounce of chopped walnuts and raisins each. With a heaping tablespoon of Splenda. Make up about 10 bowls dry and stack them. I am eating a bowl right now that I added a cup and one half of water too, then nuked for 2.5 minutes and stirred in two teaspoons of cinnamon. Don't add any milk to it. Tastes great!!

Each serving contains 435 calories, consisting of 2 gms of fat, 81 gms of carbs and 12.2 gms of protein.
