FWIW During my visit to the PDAC a reprentative miner from a mining camp indicated that drilling contracts that in the recent past had a unit cost of $70 now had a unit cost of $50. I can't remember the unit*, but presume it was per metre. Anyway that was volunteered as an example of how mining costs in Canada have declined recently.

*Hey maybe the unit was per foot ! That would be in line with your estimate !

Not any more. That is soooo last year. Now its 15 to 20 dollars a metre.
