The MM on CSI is National. His MGF (minimum guaranteed fill) is 1599 shares. Should a sell come in on the bid for less than 1599 the MM automatically gets 1/3, I believe. It is some percentage like that. That is if he has his participation turned on.
Should he have his participation turned off, than he will not participate, but still be required to honour the bid for up to 1599 shares regardless if the bid is only good for 100 shares.
