Greg: I have no idea when they will reach an agreement with a JV. As I stated before, I have no opinion on that. However, if you are right and they need to prove their reserves before culminating a deal, it certainly won't happen in the 2 to 3 months you have mentioned. If I believed as you do, there is no way I would be in this stock. I sure wouldn't want to wait years for movement...:-)

As far as "no solid arguments that support an immediate JV" is concerned.....I don't know what you mean by "immediate." (BTW, who exactly is is that ever said it was going to be "immediate?" I hadn't heard that.) The company announced weeks ago that they are in "active negotiations." I certainly "believe" those negotiations could take months more. Then again, they may reach an agreement next week based on Wavetech's completed seismic review. Who knows? If we knew for sure we could get out of the stock and buy back in the day before the announcement. I don't know a way to do that....do you?....:-)

I am surprised to find out that oil companies have so much in reserves that they are in no hurry to do deals in Kazakhstan. I have been reading article after article discussing the "oil rush" into Kazakhstan. You may want to do a web search on the subject. You may be amazed at all the interest of those oil laden companies.

Good luck with whatever decesion you make regarding your investment in AIPN.
