Hi rruff.. I just got off the phone with Michael Queen - the contact name I obtained for UCMT. He told me that they still hold approximately 1.8 million shares of LWLG.

He confirmed that investors should be receiving more news regarding LWLG's testing within thirty days.

According to the latest 10-Q "for 6 months ended Oct 31 2008, the Company (UCMT) sold 226, 305 shares for a sales price of $261,637".
