I went to Culver City High about 6 blocks from there. Go Centaurs! My parent's church was on the other side of the freeway. Tito's Tacos on the corner next to the Big Donut.

Edit: I looked at the street view on Google. All the landmarks are gone. The rocket from Oldsmobile dealership now decorates a Chevy dealer. Sacrilege.
