Hi, Eugene. Welcome to the Feelings thread!!! I asked my daughter whether she had seen the type of cake you describe, and she had, so they must be readily available. I would start by calling the very best bakery in your locale, and asking them. When I call businesses and they do not have what I want I always ask if they have any idea where I could find it, and most are helpful. My daughter says she thinks this cake technology is fairly expensive, but someone who has been taught to decorate cakes should be able to do it. Another suggestion is to look in the phone book under "cake decorating" and see if there is a cake decorating school which might be a source of information for you.
