I think you two are conflating several different topics. I'm not sure where the 30 comes from -- at one point there were 30 potential targets under consideration.

After Moussaoui was detained in MN about a month or two before 9/11, they had to scrap any plans for a "2nd wave" of attacks purportedly because of a personnel shortage. That does not imply that they couldn't get more people, only that they didn't have the people trained up for the project.

Perhaps you could actually CITE the document and location from which you got this? I'm not saying you're wrong but I think you're taking something out of context or something else is messed up.

Lindsay Graham, surprisingly, is now for taking over the bad banks....in effect, nationalizing them..........and selling them off piecemeal. Progress has been made.
