i watched two analysts discussing the market since obama's budget proposal and they're saying it will be hard to get foreign money to fund our new welfare programs...mentioned something like we will be spending upwards of 10% of GDP and that we can probably only fund that spending domestically by half.....if more was directed toward real productivity the market would have a chance, as it stands right now, we'll be transferring wealth from one location to another
