Or as large, or as robust, or as productive, or as welfare-enhancing for all. There is no greater force for the betterment of mankind than free individuals working, within the law, for the betterment of their OWN lives.

I also just posted that under Bush, 47 rich Americans were trying to avoid paying taxes on their assets by setting up their accounts in a Swiss bank. That's your free markets at work. Frankly, its bull. And I wonder how many other rich Americans have accounts at other Swiss banks. This concern for free markets which enables rich Americans to get richer strikes me as very pathetic.

And to add insult to injury, Bernie Maddoff has asked the gov't to let him keep his NYC coop and 13 million dollars. He claims that its his wife's money and coop. In my mind, Mr. Maddoff typlifies the greed of rich Americans and its time to share the wealth.

But you go ahead and keep defending the free markets.
