Like I said.

Remember him pushing zero down mortgages through HUD? And calling for more 'creative' ways to get people into homes? Or how, not only were complaints of predatory lending ignored, states were blocked in their attempts to regulate it?

A push for an ownership society does not mean that the Banks and other lenders should lend to someone who does not have the means to pay....and Bush said nothing of that kind......

Neither does CRA.....CRA was set up to stop redlining. Do you know what redlining is?
