They crash the stocks selectively, if 30% fall is a measure, as example see IRF, SGI and some extent S or RBK

I need for you to define "big problem". It is my opinion credit card debt is a social welfare system. The credit card companies will charge high enough interest so they cover their losses and make a profit. I do not see a big problem with real estate right now..there maybe pockets in California but in general things do not seem to be out of hand here in the states--yet.
