Adjust numbers for takeover arbitrage such as WorldCom and TCI. This also justifies the sharp run-up of this week and then the collapse.

Hi Konrad,

But the number of days to cover those shorts DROPPED!!!

(I think that means shorts bought out of the lower volume stocks and went into higher volume ones.)

So I take that to mean we might have a higher spike but shorter lived.
