yeah raising electric rates on the poor and middle class by 40% should help us

With an equivalent tax cut.

In Florida they decided to build a nuke plant to the tune of $17Billion cost. So they raised out electric rates 25% to pay for it on the first of the year, even though they won't break ground for 5 years.... if at all. No equivalent tax break... the poor just take it out of their food budget.

I bet they are looking forward to air conditioning season.
