They are just doing the bidding of oil and gas lobbyists. Cap and trade will help them and hurt coal. Pollution has nothing to do with it. In fact carbon dioxide isn't even a pollutant in a real sense.

But by doing what oil and gas lobbyists want, you are not stopping pollution.
