Govt cant run a business worth a shit with federal bureacrats. How about a draft? Take guys like Jack Welch and draft them to be CEOs of companies like AIG and pay them highest G salary allowable. If back in the day, you could draft 18 year olds to go to war, you can draft the long in the tooth crowd to fight this war. There are tons of COMPETENT CEOs who would gladly do it for $1/year. If these bums are going to receive massive injections of government funds they ought to be forced to give up management. The only problem is that THIS president would be putting people like Franklin Raines in charge. The guy is spewing bad decisions at an unprecedented rate. He's done more damage in < 2 months than any president has throughout his 4-year term.
