Orson, That's what I can learn from you ---not to use cash for investment all at once so that I can buy at cheaper and cheaper prices. We are just humans that can not guess exactly when Bears stop driving the stock lower. We might have a quick bounce but may find ourselves at 25 a month later. We can follow James Morgan who keeps cash for the company at all times (recent report is at $1.1B) to use in Downturns like in acquiring New markets thru small company acquisitions at bargain prices...
