I dunno where you have been but it was Rahm Emmanuel that said Rush was leading the Republicans.

Actually the head of the Republican party disagreed publically with Rush on more than one occasion.

Limbaugh is basically an entertainer anyway. Like most conservatives he's probably waiting for someone to step up and take the lead.
