If you raise the cost of energy from oil and gas you will raise the price of energy in the US. Frankly, only a moron cannot see that.

No. It will make oil, gas, and coal companies less competitive. However, it will make renewable companies more competitive."

IF non hydrocarbon energies were cheaper than hydrocarbon based energies they would naturally take over the market.

Help me - what about the cost issue do you not understand? Is you mentality that of the left that elected an Obama? Is your lack of understanding the reason the left elects an Obama?
