Something your only going to see more of with tax increases.

People don't, in large numbers, incur costs and take legal risks to avoid low taxes. Higher and higher taxes makes the costs and risks seem reasonable to more and more people.


The accounts were set up under the Bush presidency. Those people didn't even like the reduced taxes they were required to pay under him. Rich Americans are scum. That's why I could care less about them and their tax worries.
