Eternal bankruptcy? Big government. That started with Reagan and then Bush. Most of our debt has been accumulated under Republican Presidents and Republican Congress. I've only recently discovered this after I stopped believing everything the GOP and Fox News told me. A little research dispels quite a few myths the GOP have been selling. Since 1981, we've only had 8 years with a Dem President and those were the only years during which our national debt decreased. Go figure. So much for the myth of GOP small government.
