Of course the public is generally insulated from exposure to these severely damaged people (many of whom) seek out positions of power and control over others in order to counterfeit a feeling of self worth by beating the shit out of young girls and anyone else who gives them the opportunity. The public is stunned and shocked but believes these fortuitous captures on video to be rare and extraordinary events. If they only knew...
