LOL ! where in my post did i suggest anything that would lead you to respond the way you did? don't understand your 'logic' the court system should be neutral. who owns them, in theory no one. but allowing just about anyone to exploit the system to use it for their personal lotto is insane. without changing one letter of the law, i made a suggestion that would cure an imbalance. the rest... take it up to your con-gressman to behave the way they are supposed to. i do not disagree with your impression of politicians and bureaucrats, but i don't see what this had to do with what i posted. most are cockroaches -g
