Or it could mean that Intel was able to up the output of existing flash fabs(through die shrinks/yield improvements) and the microprocessor fab was the one that really needed to get going. The equipment that was to go to the Texas plant may now be headed for Israel in order to get that plant up and running. So, in the final sum we may see no change in Intel equipment orders. IMO, we don't have enough information to go on to know whether this announcement involves net equipment pushouts or not.
