Are you kidding me? Condoleeza Rice, Bush's SecSTate has a famous speech talking about how we'll see a mushroom cloud over an american city. That scared the bejeezus out of everyone, which why we gave Bush a blank check for an endless war on terror. Now if this is another attempt of yours to perform verbal jujitsu and say, "but you said Bush", please spare me. In modern English, when we say Bush, we mean the Bush Administration, which includes all his talking heads. As far as Constitutional rights, FISA is an incredible breach of our constitutional rights. We effectively live in a Gestapo state now where all of our calls and electronic communication is surveilled without a warrant. It's not too far fetched to imagine some well meaning security agent investigating an innocent Democrat and during the course of that investigation talking to his family and friends and co-workers and through that process costing that innocent person his job and his friends. Warrantless anything is a major breach of our rights and can be used to blackmail people. YOu should be more vigilant of your freedoms.
