The Obama budget projections are all based (by all accounts from reputable economists) on very conservative assumptions. You obviously havent looked at the assumptions. Page 132. whitehouse.gov There is nothing conservative about those GDP numbers. The Obama budget has been criticised for trying too hard to balance the budget during a time of economic crisis reminding too many people of what Herbert Hoover tried to do. He isnt trying to balance the budget....even with the optimistic numbers, the closest they get is a half trillion dollar deficit in 2013 and the numbers only go back up from there. Slacker
