Charlie Smith " WSTL bought AMTX purely for DMT code "

Charlie,

I wish your comments were as diplomatic on the thread as they are in your Interviews via RealAudio.

jas:

Read what I said:

"Amati's value EX the DMT line coding technology was minimal."

In other words, WSTL bought AMTX purely for DMT code. The rest of the company (given their sad financial state), was worth zero, or less than zero.

Regards

Has someone in WSTL told you they bought Amati purely for DMT code or is this your personal opinion?

By your comments I can assume it had nothing to do with the following:

Amati's relationships MOT, TI, NEC, Siemens, Alcatel, Telstra

IBM

Ipsilon

Italtel

Philips

Samsung

Sourcecom

Sumitomo

Tadiran

Not to mention Amati's Engineering Talent
