if the economically disadvantaged has a genuine case, he will get justice... if he does not, then he better think it twice about bring it to court, no prize without participation in the risk...

more or less like buying a house you cannot afford with zero down payment....

no skin in the game... no risk.... why not walk away if things go south.... hmm where have i seen this before ?

how hard is that to get... logically speaking of course. -lol
