He commented on the fact it was hot in the room. That isn't unusual.

When I speak to a group of people it is a problem for me as well. Some people just do it.

JFK referred to himself as an idealist without illusions. Term always stuck with me. I am looking at OB and thinking it now. There is no doubt that he is a liberal. But he is willing to try new things which is liberalisms core definition. So he is not stuck on liberal orthodoxy. But he is pragmatic as well.
