Forecast for me the steps that would have been taken by President John McCain and Vice-President Sarah Palin, were they in charge. McCain supported TARP, so that gives you some idea of where to start. So, lay out for me the republican response to the wipeout of late 2008. What would be different, and by how much? Where would the DOW be today? Would the banks be healthier? Why?
